The Fort Worth Business Assistance Center (BAC) is comprised of 12 service providers, each offering an array of business resources for those who want to start a business or grow their existing business. Entrepreneurs can find a wealth of information in the form of workshops & training, small business counseling, and special events. Areas of assistance include finance, manufacturing, market research, small business operations, M/WBE (minority and women owned businesses) certification orientation, writing a business plan, computer technologies, procurement assistance, and access to capitol. BAC Receives Small Business Awards The Fort Worth Business Assistance Center was recently honored during the Seventh Annual Alliance Texas Small Business Procurement Conference at the Arlington Convention Center. Both the BAC as an organization and BAC Business Development Coordinator Toni Allison received Small Business Advocate Awards. The Alliance Texas Conference is designed to connect small businesses to Federal, State and local buying agencies, corporate purchasers and business assistance agencies.
